As a photographer, I have a passion for discovering new places across New England and beyond for my photography, but what truly inspires me are the people I photograph. Each photo shoot is distinct, shaped by the unique personalities of those involved. When planning a session, we dive into details like potential locations, outfit choices, and specific goals for the shoot.
For this particular session, the family chose the classic and iconic views of Boston Harbor in Seaport, followed by a continuation at Beacon Hill to capture the essence of New England.
The occasion was special – it was Paulina’s 12th Birthday and her Bat Mitzvah. Due to COVID, the family opted for a more intimate celebration with just them, planning a larger event for the following year. I concentrated on capturing Paulina’s portraits, blending them with family shots and individual portraits.
This family enjoys posed photographs, so I focused on classic compositions, infused with life by capturing the moment’s mood, creating scenarios that revealed genuine smiles and the essence of their real-life interactions.
