The festivities commenced with Shelby and James preparing in their respective suites at the Intercontinental. In Shelby’s suite, a sense of formal elegance prevailed as her attendants aided her in dressing. James, in contrast, spent a more leisurely morning with his groomsmen, embodying a relaxed yet festive atmosphere.
The Ceremony: Shrine of Our Lady of Good Voyage
The initial reveal and nuptials took place at the Shrine of Our Lady of Good Voyage, a location that brought a solemn yet joyful tone to the occasion. The couple’s exchange of glances at first sight was a poignant highlight, encapsulating both tenderness and elation.
